Stamford Hospital would like to thank you for enrolling in our Spirit membership program. After careful consideration, we will no longer be offering this program. As a result, we are currently transitioning and making changes to the program. Starting January 15, 2011, participating local merchants may not honor your Spirit membership card as Stamford Hospital will no longer be sponsoring this program.
